Learn About Advisory Support

Are these operational or system challenges costing your organization time and money?

The lack of adequate customer support from ERP software owners often leads to incomplete system implementations that hinder effective procurement operations. Businesses face challenges, such as suppliers continually threatening a credit hold due to inadequate procurement performance regarding business turnaround. Furthermore, there are insufficient Accounts Payable solutions, alongside a lack of cooperation between the Procurement and Accounts Payable departments, which undermines overall effectiveness. Additionally, insufficient process documentation makes it difficult to manage employee turnover, while a lack of awareness about the full range of ERP functionalities can hinder effective product management. To address these issues, companies may benefit from strategic advisory services focused on optimizing their ERP systems.
